The Problem
Global M.A.C imports, supplies and installs air-conditioning, heating and ventilation systems for businesses, factories and institutions, up to 60 tons of cooling. Their buyers are engineers and contractors who come to the site for a specific unit, its datasheet, and a phone number.
The old site looked dated and loaded slowly, and the team had years of products, projects and articles in it that they knew how to manage. A rebuild could not cost them that.
What We Built
A custom WordPress theme that sits on the content the team already has, built in partnership with Codit.

The theme reads the existing content model as is: product categories, per-product tabs and downloadable datasheets, project galleries and articles. Nothing was migrated and nobody had to learn a new editor. The front end is new: a full-height hero, a product catalog organized by category, recent projects, a reasons-to-choose-us section, and a quote request reachable from every page.
It is styled with Tailwind CSS and compiled to a single small stylesheet, with no page builder. We shipped it as an inactive theme first, previewed it on the live content, and switched over in one step once it was approved.
The Impact
A site that looks like the company it represents and loads fast on a phone at a job site, with no change to how the team works.
