The Problem
Muganim builds safety and management systems for kindergartens, after-school programs and community centers: systems that make sure every child who should be there has arrived, alert parents in real time, and connect staff to emergency services in one press.
The hardware was proven. What was missing was a modern way for staff and parents to use it day to day, and a website that explained the product as clearly as the product works.
What We Built
Both were built in partnership with Codit.
Shoham, the app. One app with two experiences. Teachers get a dashboard of their classes: who has arrived, an arrivals chart for the morning, birthdays coming up, and the ability to update a whole class's status or message every parent at once. Parents get a feed for each of their children, with arrivals, notices and messages from the kindergarten as push notifications, plus a built-in shop for ordering kindergarten products with checkout and order history.
It is built with Expo and React Native, runs on iOS and Android, and works fully in Hebrew.

The website. We replaced a heavy page-builder site with a custom, lightweight WordPress theme: inlined CSS, self-hosted fonts, compressed illustrations, and no page builder or jQuery. The copy is in one place so the team can edit it themselves, and the press and contact sections keep working exactly as before. We also cleaned out years of unused plugins, demo content and leftover media.
The Impact
Staff and parents now share one app instead of phone calls and group chats, and the company has a fast, maintainable website that matches the quality of its systems.
