The Problem
Wedding coordinators in the region send invitations over WhatsApp — it's where everyone communicates. But doing it manually means sending messages one by one, tracking responses in a notebook, and hoping you didn't forget anyone.
At scale — hundreds of guests across multiple households and events — this breaks down fast. Coordinators were losing track of who received what, who consented, and who still needed a follow-up.
What We Built
A dashboard that turns WhatsApp wedding invitations into a managed, trackable workflow.

Coordinators import their guest list, organize contacts by household, and send personalized invitations in bulk. Every message is tracked — sent, delivered, read, and responded to. No more guessing who got the invitation.
The consent system is built in. Guests can confirm or decline directly through WhatsApp, and their status updates automatically in the dashboard. For guests who haven't responded, automated reminders go out on a schedule the coordinator sets.
Role-based access means the couple, their coordinators, and event admins each see exactly what they need. Templates are customizable per event, and the system handles multiple events (engagement, wedding, reception) under one wedding.
The Impact
Coordinators send and track hundreds of personalized WhatsApp invitations from a single screen. Response tracking is automatic. Reminders go out without manual follow-up. What used to take days of back-and-forth now takes minutes to set up and runs on autopilot.
